- For a store or phone order, confirm the reward code was applied.
Online tracking problems
The online order must begin at the referral link and be completed directly through the tracked journey in one visit. Visiting a third-party site or leaving Three before completing the purchase can break attribution.

Sign in, open the dashboard, then use Help from the account menu to submit a support request. Aklamio says it may need the referred person’s name to verify and resolve the case.

How long does the Three reward take?
Three’s Aklamio portal says confirmation normally takes around 7 weeks, but can take up to 90 days depending on the product. This allows time for returns or cancellation.
Can I combine the referral with cashback or another offer?
Do not assume so. The referral portal says the online offer is not available through another purchase route or in conjunction with another offer. Compare the value first, then choose one tracked route and complete the order through it.
What if my reward is missing or declined?
